Liked: Grünrr Baum is on a busy road, the windows were double glazed which dampened traffic noise but windows had to be shut making the room hot. Fortunately a fan had been supplied which was a great help. The window shutters blocked the light aiding sleep. Bed was quite comfortable. The property was a little way from the town centre (20 euro taxi ride)but there was a bus stop immediately outside and around 1.5km the tram. A simple breakfast was available and served by very friendly staff.

Disliked: It would appear that it has been rather a long time since any money had been spent on upgrades/improvements. Everything was tired and our shower had rather a lot of mould. The shared spaces seemed lacking in love and could have been cleaner.

Liked: We were welcomed by the owner and felt valued as a customer

Disliked: It’s not that we didn’t like it maybe it’s our fault but the staff didn’t speak English, but that’s not their fault
