  Luxurious

Liked: We had a suite and it was gorgeous! Very spacious and grand. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is the best we’ve had with a full buffet of fruits, breads, eggs etc and selection of coffees and teas. Also has a nice comfortable area to relax during the day and enjoy complimentary tea/ coffee, fruit and candies. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Disliked: Pillows are too flat and for eco friendly city, a water bottle filler would be great

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: As for the hotel itself, we booked a suite and received a large room, but unfortunately there was a terrible sewage smell in the room, which made it very difficult to sleep at night. We complained to the reception, but there were no other rooms available, so we had no choice but to spend another night in the same room with the smell. Only on the third day were we moved to a regular room, as there were no suites left. At the end of our stay, we asked to be refunded the price difference between the suite we had paid for and the regular room we eventually received. However, since the payment had been made in advance through Booking.com, the hotel claimed that they had compensated us by not charging us for parking — even though we had never been asked to pay for parking in the first place. It is very disappointing that the hotel chose to handle the situation this way, especially since the staff themselves were genuinely kind, helpful, and service-oriented. Unfortunately, because of the way the issue was handled, we would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it.
