  A lovely, clean, and comfortable apartment with thoughtful hosts and convenient access to the city centre

  Liked: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The self-check-in process was easy, and the hosts provided clear and helpful instructions. The tram stop was about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to reach the city centre by tram.

  Disliked: The quality of the bed sheets could have been better. Apart from that, we didn’t experience any issues during our stay.

  Lovely Area, Comfortable Space

  Liked: The apartment was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and overall lovely. We appreciated the free coffee and water greatly. The location was above a bakery/restaurant and close to a grocery store and gas station. We would absolutely stay here again!

  Disliked: The only thing we did not like is that we had to walk by other apartments windows/doors to get to the larger part of the outdoor loft area.

  Absolutely amazing stay which we thoroughly enjoyed as we met up with a friend and their family

  Liked: Fab apartment with large balcony and rooms. All facilities were great. Instructions were clear. Everything was clean. It felt like home for a few days. Parking was good. The apartment lacked nothing apart from a freezer. There was even a washing machine and an indoor clothesline so we could refresh used clothing. The lift to the apartment floor was large.

  Disliked: There was a very minor issue: we had been informed of the incorrect apartment number and parking space as a result. This was remedied quickly via the Booking.com app. We also could not gain access because we had the wrong apartment number. The matters were resolved within 20 minutes. The key box worked but was not the best, the lcd display was not clear at first.

  To my second house

  Liked: My stay with them is not my first, and I don’t consider myself just a guest. I see their place as my second home, given my repeated experiences with them. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in the city of Freiburg, as I truly feel at home there. Special thanks to all the staff, starting from reception. I would like to especially thank Mr. Khaled, the lovely Ms. Morena, and I would also like to extend my gratitude to the kind Ms. Umm Abbas from housekeeping for her warmth and beautiful smile
