The owners kindness and hospitality overshadows the minor flaws that you can find with the place
Liked: The owner was a very friendly and accommodating. We had a nice stay in goslar for 3 nights. While leaving, the owner was kind enough to let us keep our baggage after checking out. In the evening we took our bags and went to göttingen. But we realized that one of our bags was left at the accommodation. I called the owner and she was kind enough to let us pick the bag even though it was pretty late and inconvenient for them. We are very happy with the hospitality. The breakfast was also very good. The location is in walkable distance from Goslar Bahnhof. There are also buses, but you have to walk around 300 M from the bus stop.
Disliked: The toilet in the room we stayed didn't have any natural ventilation. The ventilator fan that is supposed to draw out the stale air was running too slow. If that was fixed, then bathroom wouldn't smell so much after using it.
Location was good and staff was nice
Liked: Walkable from the old city centre.
Disliked: Pillows could be better and after seeing the room, price felt a bit pricy.
