Liked: Good location
Disliked: The hotel is in a convenient location, but it's an old building. I stayed in a huge room on the top floor, but due to the low ceilings and many overhanging wooden structures, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone taller than 180 cm. The room feels dark, and the low ceiling is quite oppressive. Also, the floor is uneven; you’re constantly walking uphill or downhill. To top it off, breakfast was a disappointment. We paid for three days based on positive reviews, but the very first breakfast was poor: terrible coffee and a tiny portion of omelet for three people. The buns were stale. We decided to cancel the remaining breakfasts and told the cook, who promised to inform management. As it turns out, she never did, and we weren't refunded. My advice: look for modern or chain hotels instead.
Liked: Very attentive proprietor. Beautifully decorated room. The breakfast was very tasty.
Great apartment in central Goslar
Liked: Nice big apartment with great location in central Goslar - and no noise even though it is in the middle of the city. The personel were very welcoming
Disliked: WiFi didn’t quite reach the apartment, but that was the only downside
