Perfect location, worst "apartment" ever!
Liked: The apartment is located in a very good area. Very close to the motorway and to public transport. The best thing was that it is close to the park/woods and a few minutes drive from everything.
Disliked: It isn't an apartment, it is a basement!!! It does not have a separate sitting room. When you open the "front door" you walk straight into a "bedroom", what in the past would have been used as a sitting room. Instead of putting a sofa bed, they put a massive bed making the room small and uncomfortable, even worse not giving any privacy to the person/people using that space. If you are traveling with family members or friends there is nowhere to sit and relax as a group. There was nowhere to hang our coats, no coat racks anywhere. The kitchen chairs are made of plastic and totally hard and uncomfortable. There were no curtains, just blinds that one can adjust, but the ones in the only bedroom were broken. I couldn't relax and sleep because anyone walking by could stare right into the bedroom. I was so glad we had emergency towels with us because their towels stunk like they were washed with dirty smelly socks or left wet in the washing machine for days before drying. Not just the towels, the bed linen too and also the tea towels in the kitchen. I got up every day feeling dirty. Showering was a challenge with a trickle of water and basically cold water. Having a bath was not an option because it would have taken hours to fill up the bath and it would have been freezing. The worst thing is that the bathroom door opens straight into the kitchen, which as far as I am aware that is illegal!!!! At least in every other country I have been to it is illegal to open the bathroom door straight into the kitchen and to top it up, it is a glass door, so again absolutely no privacy. Overall it was designed with making money in mind and not with the guests comfort or privacy in mind. The photos are cleverly taken to make it look better than it is and if course one gets made to pay in advance so one is trapped to stay there. It truly was the worst experience I have ever had in a holiday home.
Liked: We stayed there for one nights due to EMO, no far to reach supermarkets.
Disliked: Well Equipped with all facilities we need.
A most enjoyable stay. Hannover is a very friendly place and very easy to find your way around
Liked: The location was excellent. A quiet residential street. Close to the train station on arrival but also close to the tram stop. access around Hannover was very easy. The property was excellent. No breakfast was provided as it was not requested. There is an Aldi close by to buy food requirements. I would highly recommend the apartment.

Perfect for our needs
Liked: Great location with shops and public transport 4minutes stroll. Quiet location and easy parking in the street. The property is itself is kept immaculate. Inside and out. The owner is friendly and helpful and lives in the building.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
