Very good
facitilites good, but room very loud with doors slamming and next room people
Liked: Spa facitilites
Disliked: Room really loud with constant door slamming to corridor. upto 1am and from 5:20am every day. When mentioned to reception they did not care. Carpark open for all so not enough spaces for guests no flip flops for spa area, just slippers which obviously cannot get wet. stayed many times before but this time the service was not good and staff didn't care.

Disliked: I was in room Echo. There was no refrigerator so when I went to the MarktHalle, I couldn’t buy food and bring it back to my room.
Liked: Location next to a wonderful lake
Disliked: The room had neither air conditioning nor a fridge, and overall there was nothing particularly special about it. It certainly did not offer good value for money. Privacy was also a major issue. We shared what was essentially one large terrace with the other guests, and people using the gym could easily see into the room while exercising. The property really needs to decide whether it wants to be a premium gym or a hotel, as the accommodation experience falls well short of the quality of the fitness facilities.
Great location on the lake
Liked: The wellness spa and fitness centre is exceptional
Disliked: Extremly busy being a club full of people. Over packed, the rooms were extremly basic, the coffee was instant and the rooms were outdated and loud.
Unique experience and saved to list for family trips
Liked: 1. super big and very comfortable room, definitely worth the price! Every room got big window facing the lake, I enjoyed it so much. 2. I wasn’t planning to have breakfast in hotel because the reviews for their breakfast are so different from each other， but I didn’t find any place in the morning so I gave it a try. It turns out great, similar to a standard hotel buffet but better for some food. 3. staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: only one thing, I heard loud music from the restaurant at very late night, u either need to improve ur soundproof windows or change to gentle music
Great rooms, investigate more if not familiar with sport hotels and want relax
Liked: Room - perfect as expected and described. Silent. Good beds - great sleep;)
Disliked: Recommend to investigate more (i did not) if you want great room or also offered extras gym, pool, saunas as there are a lot sport course activies and attendies - you will not be able to use them as simple guest, because there are scheduled some sport course in the pool (and 2nd relax pool is switched off and all standard pool is not accesable) or similar to gym facilities. More clear information/ instruction guides and in english will be welcome. If you expect this or need only room - great if not some disapointment can happen.
