Disliked: Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally complain about my stay at your hotel from 10/10 to 12/10, under booking reference 6162198513. After my stay, I noticed multiple bites on my body. I am concerned that these may have been caused by bed bugs in the room. Although I did not identify any bed bugs during my stay, I believe this issue deserves to be investigated, given the number of bites I have experienced following my visit. I have photographs documenting the bites and can provide them upon request. I would like you to investigate this matter and provide a written response. I am also requesting appropriate compensation, including a refund of the accommodation cost, or a reasonable partial refund, depending on your findings. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably. I look forward to hearing from you within 14 days. Kind regards, Angela Sanz
