Perfect hotel for a city centre short break
Liked: It was central. Staff helpful and friendly. Next to parking garage.

Good location, friendly and helpful reception, breakfast just “OK”
Liked: Straightforward and friendly check in. Large room, with masses of storage - but most of it locked? We wondered if the room was a more permanent home to someone else, whose belongings were perhaps locked away? Good location 10 mins station, 10 mins to Old Town. Small balcony was a nice touch - view was of Primark, but nice to be able to sit outside. Lift to 4th floor was always reliable and quick.
Disliked: Breakfast was a smaller buffet than I’d experienced elsewhere, with limited choices for vegans. On the first day, there was one person trying to welcome people, take room numbers, answer questions, bring flasks of what we discovered on the second day were coffee, and clear plates. Without a tray or a trolley, clearing tables was taking most of her time, leaving her reluctant to stop to answer questions about allergens in any of the food. Perhaps provide her a trolley, and maybe even leave the trolley for guests to self clear? On the 2nd day, there were two members of staff and things seemed calmer.
