Very good
Liked: Nice staff, great location, clean hotel
Liked: Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Tried to park in garage - shutter didnt work. Bathroom toilet looked like it was going to come off the wall. Small bathroom.
Nice stay in Hannover
Liked: They gave me a great big room. I like the location.
Disliked: No elevator so I got a bit of exercise 😀 The breakfast was mediocre.
Liked: Nice cozy room with air conditioning. Breakfast was very limited in choice.
Disliked: Loud A/C unit, no lift, I don't know where the name design hotel comes from.
Good central location
Liked: Secure underground parking for motorcycles.
Disliked: Online checking in was more complicated than it needed to be.
Perfect stay, ideal for work
Liked: The staff is professional while being friendly. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I asked for a quiet room due to sleep issues, and they took care of my request gently. The hotel is very well located, but not noisy, and has good security systems. The breakfast was fine, with several options (sweet, salty, protein, and vegetables).
Disliked: If I should say something, the coffee:) because it is filtered coffee, but other than that, cannot complain at all!
