Not the best, not the worst

Liked: - The collection of the key was simple and fast. - The owner was very fast with answering to messages - (almost) everything was working - I'm sure I have been an unlucky exception based on the feedback book I found in the house, but unfortunately mine was not the best experience

Disliked: - The check-in process could use improvement: I never received information explaining the check-in process until the very same day, and only after I reached out asking. Since this was not very straight away, but I had to send pictures of my ID and other personal information, this was not a pleasant surprise - The house was very cold and it took a few hours to warm up even though it is small. This resulted in me going to bed feeling very cold and waking up sweating - There was no shower gel, which to be honest for almost 350€ a night, I definitely was expecting - I had to ask for the invoice 4 times, and was repeatedly told to provide the same information again, before finally having it. This was very close to becoming a BIG issue for me, as I had to expense the work trip.

  Two beautiful nights in Hannover

Liked: The apartment is located quite central and it is very beautiful. You have everything you need for your stay.

Disliked: Free parking is available on the streets, but because of a building site nearby there were just a few spaces and we needed a few minutes to find a spot. But it is possible to find parking.
