Brand new, strategically located gem with top-tier details and exceptional hosts. 10/10 with honors!
Liked: The apartment is a true gem in a strategic location—a pleasant 10-minute walk through the trees to reach the city center, a 5-minute walk from the red-line route that outlines all the main points of interest, and just 5 minutes away from the spot on the river where Hanover's original surfers have fun riding a wave created by an artificial riverbed bump. The apartment is brand new and an architectural jewel where every corner reflects a design choice balancing aesthetics and efficiency. The bed is very comfortable, complete with thick duvets for each guest, and the heating/ventilation system works perfectly. The bathroom features a large, comfortable shower, the induction kitchen has everything needed to prepare a home-cooked dinner, the fridge is spacious, and a coffee machine, toaster, and oven are ready to use. Access is managed by an automatic keypad lock, freeing you from the risk of losing your keys (just don't forget the code!). The owners live nearby and are extremely kind, ready to provide tips and assistance. Overall, our experience was totally, impeccably, and utterly satisfying. 10 out of 10 stars with honors (cum laude)!!!

Wonderful, quiet, relaxing, luxurious studio!
Liked: Loved almost everything about the place!!!
Disliked: The bed feels like it is leaning towards the right side, it’s like it’s not level. Also, sometimes the tv does not turn on and the only way to get around this is to unplug the tv, leave it for a few minutes and plug it back again. Despite the above, the place is truly great value for money!!!
Liked: Good location near the metro. Grocery stores nearby. Quiet area.
Disliked: Small problem with hot water. Immediately resolved by the owner.
Very nice place, fancy appartment and helpful owner
Liked: The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. We had everything needed for the stay, the dishwasher was a nice extra. We also had access to the garden and the owner was really helpful and kind, and we could check out later.
Disliked: Only default or like point is that the TV is not smart (not a big thing) but just a Chromecast or another smart tv dongle would make it perfect.
