The hotel exceeded my expectations!
Liked: The hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also excellent. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Liked: Cancelled after we got the note that breakfast won't be served anymore at the hotel
Awful place. I expect Premiere Classe to be cheap, but not nasty
Liked: The hotel was filthy. The stairs and corridors were dirty and not vacuumed. The room was filthy. Black stains on the carpet - I did not walk barefoot on it the whole time I was there. The shower was mouldy. The pillow cases and duvet cover were threadbare and frayed. So were the towels.
Disliked: Everything. It needs a refurbishment.
Compared to a very satisfying stay a year ago, the state of the room was very disapppointing
Liked: The shower was great and the proximity to the airport is very good.
Disliked: The room in general was not in a satisfactory condition - the curtain was hanging off the rail, only 1 bedside lamp could be used at a time and we had to find a plug for it by moving the bed, the light switches were confusing - when we switched off the main light, the TV went off.
Closed and redirected without any communications
Disliked: Did not notify us of closure of hotel - arrived to a locked door with a redirection notice to their partner hotel, Ambiante by Tulip Inn, which was horrible. The hotel had no outlets for the broken appliances, damaged shower to the shower head would not stay hung up, and was not clean other than the bed. The only staff member on shift was unable to help us nor direct us to someone else for help. Hoping it is better when they reopen!
