Overall, a pleasant stay!
Liked: The hotel is right in the city centre. The pedestrian shopping area is less than a minute’s walk away, with plenty of restaurants just a few minutes away. The main train station is also just around the corner. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The hotel is a little dated, but it’s well maintained and clean.
Years of loyalty ended in deep disappointment: poor cleanliness and reception staff who made us feel unwelcome
Liked: Unfortunately, we left feeling so upset and disappointed that it is difficult to highlight anything positive. We returned with confidence built over years of staying here, but this experience completely undermined that trust.
Disliked: My friends and I are deeply upset by this stay. We have returned every year for the EUHA congress, but the poor cleanliness and dismissive, unhelpful treatment from reception left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. A clean room and basic courtesy are minimum expectations, yet both fell far short. This experience has broken our trust in the hotel. We cannot recommend it and have little desire to return.
Absolutely fine place to stay near the Hbf
Liked: Perfectly fine hotel in most respects. Friendly front desk staff. Located near the main station.
Disliked: Limited facilities. Room had not been correctly prepared (no towels, only one pillow) and was on the smaller side.

Disliked: Breakfast was very little and not standard eggs and bacon was more cold items
