Do not go, the difference in price and the discount are a scam, stay at any other HOTEL

Liked: We arrived late, 11pm (23), and had to book a location quickly, to our surprise there was no one at the door when we arrived, we waited there for 20 minutes before feeling unsafe enough that we had to leave. We tried messaging the property several times in the contacts given. BUT THEY SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE AN AUTOMATION TO SEND YOU THE PIN YOU NEED TO OPEN THE DOOR. So, be careful if you want to stay there and its late. The location is surrounded by prostitutes and the type of person that frequent these areas. The way there at night is also creepy, even with police cars running rounds.

Disliked: They need to use bleach on their towels to get rid of the mildew. They were cleaned, but not bleached, so as soon as you take a shower, everything smells like mildew. Also, there are flies all over from the trash behind the building. The flies were all over the room. Lastly, all the smoke from the smokers below blows right into the room. I would wake up at 6:00 am because the smokers filled my room with their smoke.

Liked: A great example of outstanding customer service. When an issue arose with my original booking, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. They provided a wonderful alternative room that was even better than expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I really appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
