Pleasant
Worst apartment I've ever lived with worst service attitude
Liked: the location is kind of convenient to the bus station and cafe restaurant
Disliked: Customer service is terrible, unwilling to send a person help us check in, never cleaned the apartment even once during our 8 nights stay. Their English service said it's extra cost... only provide us two rolls of tissues and one garbage bag for us to use 9 days, if we want more we need to pay more. The bathroom is the most tiny one I've ever used. Can you imagine? The washbasin is 10cm face the toilet. And not even a hair dryer was provided... The house is next to the road, so the sound of passing vehicles affects sleep. It says 3 bedrooms but actually it's 2 rooms with 3 beds, their pictures showing on booking is not complete, when I asked for room pics before we arrived, their service said please check booking... The most important thing is that I am not satisfied with the customer service attitude at all. Whoever are planning to book this apartment can refer my comment.
