We did not stay there. We left and booked another hotel
Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: Everything about the facility. It was unkept and did not feel safe.
Promises without acting/answer
Liked: It was cheap
Disliked: The room was not ready at arrival. By the booking the check-in date was 14.00, in the confirmation it was 16.00. By the end after 2hours of waiting, we recieved another room at 18.00. We let him now at arrival we need an invoice, it is very important. He promised to give us by the end. It didnt happen. He promised to send it via whatsapp, it didnt happen. We sent several messages, called him, asked booking.com for help, one month pass by, but we still havent recieved the invoice. The wifi never worked, we asked to fix it, he promised, but didnt do anything. The kitchen is only good for cooking pasta. He was fiendly and helpful, but in the end he didnt do anything only promises.
