Liked: The location was perfect 👌 just only 5 minutes to central station
Disliked: 1. We put cleaning paper outside the door but no personal came to clean the room, all days were so! Then you requested in reception. 2. The telephone of hotel was broken & unavailable for few days so for every small things like more towel or toa paper you went to reception in middle of nights & because no staff come to clean the room. 3. We stayed very new in last week of October 2026 & the electricity of room went 2 times & for hours we didn’t have electricity & how it affected our mobiles, hair dryer & many more. I recommend with same price you can take another hotel in same area like: Ibis or Park inn. Because this hotel needs more upgrade.

Disliked: I feel scammed. I was told there was parking at the hotel, and I paid €10 to use it; however, when I arrived, there was no actual parking space—it was just the hotel’s rear exit, used for taking out dirty laundry and loading or unloading goods. Since there was no space, I didn't know where to park. I went back to the reception to explain the situation, and the staff member told me it didn't matter and that I should just park "however I could." I didn't understand what she meant, so I asked for a refund, but they refused because I had paid by card. The next day, before checking out, I brought it up again; she responded in a rude, unfriendly manner, claiming that even if I called the police, I wouldn't get my money back. It’s not really about the money, but rather the fact that I was charged for parking that didn't actually exist. In the end, I had to park in a private lot. I feel scammed. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel—the staff is terrible and very ill-mannered. Upon entering the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of sweat and staleness; we had to keep the windows open for an hour just to air it out. Furthermore, the bed was a disaster—it was of very poor quality and clearly worn out; you could feel it sagging on both sides because the springs were in such bad condition. It was a truly awful experience; I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. On top of that, there was a lot of noise outside, and the heaters had a mechanism that shut them off every 10 minutes—even when set to the maximum level, they wouldn't stay on long enough to warm the room, leaving us to freeze at night. It was a terrible experience, and I regret choosing this hotel.

Liked: Incredible price for a very nice room! I have stayed here before, and the streets around hotel felt so much safer this time around. Comfy bed. Good location 500m away from main station.
Liked: On the positive side, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We stayed for two nights with our two children. We requested rooms next to each other in advance, but were given rooms on the 1st and 3rd floors, at opposite ends of the hotel. The address listed on Booking.com did not match the actual hotel location, so we had to take a taxi. The hotel is located directly on a red-light district street, just a few meters from adult establishments, which was an unpleasant surprise when traveling with children. We were also surprised that housekeeping only cleans the rooms if you hang a sign on the door. Overall, we expected a better experience.
Excellent budge choice in Hannover
Liked: We booked this room at 9pm on the night we needed to stay due to an unexpected flight diversion to Hannover. For the low price we were not expecting too much, however we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice staff on arrival, room was clean, bed was comfy. Room was a bit small but we were not bothered by this as we left the next morning to continue our journey. Great location near Hannover central train stn.
Liked: Spacious, close to the train station and bus station, with supermarkets nearby. It’s so convenient but calm and quiet at the same time.
