  great hotel in an excellent location

  Liked: The hotel and the room were excellent. The location was perfect - quiet and yet close to the centre, very close to the tram stop. The room was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Good size bathroom. Secure private parking in the underground garage. Nice and friendly staff.

  Disliked: Parking spaces can be tight if you have a large SUV. The staff were friendly but sometimes seemed new and lacking all the knowledge. But it didn't spoil the experience.

  Very comfortable - great experience

  Liked: The room was big, clean and comfortable with a lovely view. Staff was super friendly. The hotel is close to cafes, shops and restaurants and also to the tram that takes you to Mitte and wherever else you want to go. Highly recommend.

  Decent

  Liked: The suite is quite spacious. It’s a duplex and has two balconies, both which were not mentioned in the listing but well received. The airco’s did their job well. There is some availability of free street parking.

  Disliked: The Wi-Fi was way below expectations, especially when it’s listed as high speed internet. The download speed was max 26 Mbps and the upload max 9 Mbps. Also, the Smart TV couldn’t cast any app except YouTube, and because of the slow internet speed, the quality was very bad. And, while there was a kitchen, it had only 4 plates and 4 sets of cutleries. There were no pots, pans, cutting knives, bowls, etc.

  Liked: Bardzo czysto, sprawna klimatyzacja, co miało duże znaczenie podczas fali upałów, smaczne śniadanie, bardzo dobra komunikacja z centrum (choć nie jest to ściśle centrum, to pod drzwi hotelu podjeżdża autobus, a kawałek dalej tramwaj - oba prosto z dworca kolejowego).

  Disliked: Fatalne WiFi - w zasadzie praca zdalna w tym hotelu nie wchodzi w grę. Połączenie gubi się, a gdy jest, to zbyt wolne na np. rozmowę przez internet.

  Liked: Spacious room, fast wifi speed, huge window and a balcony where you can walk out a bit. The room had a small fridge for you to store drinks for the hot weather.

  Disliked: There is no air conditioning in the room, so if the weather is getting hotter, it may not be that comfortable if your room is at a higher floor.
