  spacious + clean

  Liked: a very spacious apartment, 100m from the red bull arena. which was amazing because we were there for a triathlon event. also a 20 minute walk to the city center.

  Disliked: it would be nice if there were some bathroom stuff like shampoo. everything else was perfect

  Perfect location for Conference League final

  Liked: Fantastic location for RedBull Stadium and Central Leipzig. Very clean with every facility you might need for a few days stay

  Disliked: The trams!!! So noisy, but their did provide early plugs.

  Great location but dreadful for noise

  Liked: Location was great

  Disliked: The noise was awful! The room was a lot smaller than the pictures led you to believe. There was not even hand soap in the bathroom.

  Not for noise-sensitive people

  Liked: Very nice apartment, very clean, very comfortable

  Disliked: I am very noise-sensitive. And when I saw the Oropax on the bed I knew I'd be in trouble. The Sbahn is directly in front of the apartments and apartment 1, the one I had, had its bed also pointed to the street cross below. Meaning, until midnight, the Bahn would be not only extremely annoying (even with Oropax) but also vibrate the bed when it was passing by. I slept terribly and wasn able to get used to it during my stay. The rest of the apartment as well as the service are fantastic. But I won't book here again due to the noise, which was a huge issue for me.

  Comfortable place to stay in town, online check-in but deposit required, no elevator

  Liked: The location is great, it is close to the city center and easy to reach via public transport. The room was nice as well as the kitchen and bathroom, which are all very basic and supposed to be filled with your own belongings when you stay for longer times. I just stayed for one night as there were no cheap hotel rooms available anymore. The bed was comfortable and big and there's a small table with chairs to have breakfast/ dinner, there's also a TV. The House is very much like a lot of Leipzig houses, nice stairs and hallway but no elevator, so the rooms are not particularly suited for visitors that have problems climbing stairs.

  Disliked: a) I got the impression that the owners aim to rent their rooms with lowest possible effort and actual contact. Fine for everyone who likes that. It seems owners can be contacted relatively easy via phone/ chat though, but I'm not sure how efficient that is (I just stayed one night). b) The check-in procedure requires you to make a substantial deposit of 250€, well above the price for one night, and not readily obvious from the booking.com offering (admitedly, I did not screen carefully back then). The check-in procedure, including access to room and WLAN, is not available unless you pay the deposit which feels very much like obligation - although booking was confirmed already via booking.com. I understand that this is because there may be tenants that behave wrong in their rooms (something that must just have happened some nights before I visited), but having to pay upfront after the booking is confirmed just makes me feel not trusted, *especially* when I'm just staying for one night - it's not as if I'm renting the place for a month. c) The locks are all digital and I wondered what happens if one is not able to open the locks at night - especially when you're not used to such locks.

  Clean, excellent location, attentive owners

  Liked: The location; how attentive the owners are if you have any problems they help you immediately, they have improved their apartments and have very attractive decorations; kitchen, washing machine, spacious room. Highly recommended

  Disliked: You can hear the train every time it passes but they leave you earplugs so you can rest.
