Fabulous
Excellent, Clean, and Convenient Stay for Families!
Liked: We recently completed a very pleasant 5-night stay as a family in Leipzig, and we highly recommend this apartment. The host was proactive and provided all required check-in and local information well before our arrival, making the start of our trip smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent. We appreciated having the Netto supermarket right around the corner, and Aldi was also conveniently close for all our grocery needs. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and fully equipped. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen (great for self-catering) and the bathroom. A huge bonus was the private car parking space located inside the property. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. If we travel to Leipzig again, we would definitely choose to stay here!
Disliked: The only minor drawback we noted is that one of the bedrooms faces the street, and since the bus stop is right in front of the building, we could occasionally hear people talking and laughing. This is just a point for sensitive sleepers to consider, but it didn't impact our otherwise pleasant stay.
Liked: The accommodation was super clean and the rooms were beautiful. The location was great, just a short walk from the tram to the center. I recommend it. If I wanted to visit Leipzig again, I would choose this accommodation. Thank you.
Liked: Excellent location of the apartment, close to transport, shops, ATM. Apartment very clean, large and spacious, has all the necessary amenities. Kitchen very well equipped. Parking stage was a big plus. Victor-apartment Manager was in constant contact - excellent customer service. I highly recommend!
Disliked: Nothing
Found baby cockroaches in both bedrooms
Liked: Location.
Disliked: Cleanliness. We found a used disposable razor from previous booking.com tenant, bathmat was filthy and smelly so we put it in the wash and the liquid was jet black!, we also found a few baby cockroaches roaming around the bunk beds in both bedrooms. Victor refunded 15% of room rate to us.
The host is very friendly and gives lots of information. If we need something, he provides it ASAP
Liked: Location. Supermarket, bakery, and bus stop in front of the property. Tourist atteactions at walking distance.
Disliked: On weekend in the evening a bit noisy.
Very nice and cozy apartment
Liked: You can walk to the city center in half an hour. Don't forget to have a "green emissions" sticker on your car, because the apartment is in the Low Emission Zone of Leipzig.
