  Started off promising but was let down by poor service and unprofessional staff attitude

  Liked: The stay started off really well. The lady at reception on the first day was very kind and welcoming, which gave us a good first impression. We stayed there for 3 nights.

  Disliked: On the second morning, there was a local power cut (which we understood), but even after electricity was restored, our fridge never started working again. When I called reception, the staff member raised his voice and said: “I can’t possibly get you a new fridge. What do you want? If you want ice, I can get ice.” The rude and dismissive tone was unnecessary and unhelpful. On the final day, I ordered a coffee from room service that never arrived, and we had to leave without it.

  Comfortable room and great food. What more fo you need?

  Liked: The room was spacious with all amenities needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant felt like you had teleported to Italy and the food was excellent!
