  For anyone without a car - probably the best option for the city center strolls!

  Liked: The place is virtually in the city center. Walking the city center is a natural thing to do - location encourages the thought.

  Disliked: The car parking options were funny; the overall German attitude to the card payment seems to be still under Bismarck rule.

  Nice hotel in a nice place, but management should stop saving on the service quality

  Liked: The location is absolutely perfect: less than 10 minutes to the Old City Hall by foot and the "Museum der bildenden Künste" is next door (in the same yard). Train station is about 10 minutes by foot. BTW, don't be confused when navigating to the place, there are Ibis Leipzig City and Ibis Budget in the same building, just one next to another. The staff is very nice and friendly, answered all the questions and helped a lot.

  Disliked: The interior of the room looks more like a "budget" style. No wardrobe. Power sockets are behind the bed if room is in "twin" configuration. Fortunately, there's a charging hub on the table, but the table is also very small round one. For two persons there was visible lack of space. But most wonderful point of saving is... lack of forks during the breakfast! On weekend when you come for the breakfast, at some point you find that you can't get a fork. So you should either wait until somebody finished and staff wash dishes and forks after that person (then you can take it), or if you don't have much time, you have to use something else like combination of knife with a spoon unless you don't want to eat by hand.

  Great location and a great garage

  Liked: Great situation and really good parking for a classic bike. 12pm check out was good we went a wander round the city centre buying cigars and vintage brandy.
