  Disliked: Estou viajando com meus pais de 70 anos. Chegamos em Leipzig à 1:00PM, de carro. Foi passado que os dois quartos já estavam prontos, porém só poderia ser liberado às 3:00PM. Antes disso somente com o pagamento de 10€ por quarto. Então optamos por não pagar (mesmo com o quarto já pronto!) e fomos caminhar pela cidade. À noite, uma das luzes do teto do quarto deles não desligava. Chamei o funcionário, que nos atendeu muito bem, mas não conseguiu resolver o problema. Então meus pais tiveram até dormir com uma luz acesa no teto, que é extremamente desconfortável. Ao final da estadia fomos tomar café da manhã no hotel, porém ficamos assustados com o valor de 28€. Não tomamos e seguimos viagem. Com relação ao estacionamento do hotel, o valor é de 30€ por dia (!!!), mas do lado há um estacionamento público que custa 10€. No dia seguinte descobri que, ao largar as malas no luggage room, alguem abriu a minha mochila e me roubou o dinheiro que estava ali. Nessa sala apenas funcionários poderiam entrar, por isso acabei deixando a mochila. Ao tentar falar com a gerente, em nenhum momento ela pode me atender por telefone e a resposta por email foi protocolar, me orientando a fazer um boletim de ocorrência na polícia, o que foi feito. Não sei quem furtou, não tenho a intenção de acusar ninguém, porém foi dentro do INNSiDE by Melia Leipzig. Leipzig é una cidade muito agradável e bonita, porém no INNSiDE nunca mais.

  Liked: Location - great location

  Disliked: Level of service - unfortunately not helpful and not what I expect from a 4 Star Hotel Breakfast (rather basic and too expensive for what is provided) Rooms and overall design - most Motel One look nicer Overall very basic experience and not at all what I would expect in a 4 star hotel yet a Melia hotel.

  Disliked: I arrived early for check in, around noon and I asked when I could check in, the staff at check in said at 2:00 after checking when my room was to be cleaned. When I returned at 2:00 there was a different person at the front desk and she just brushed me off and said check in is at three. I explained that I was there earlier and I was told to return at 2:00 and she very begrudgingly checked and my room was actually ready. Before she gave me my ticket she said just to make sure you understand, check in is a three. Yes thank you. Before I got there she I waited in line and watched her brush off 3 other people. Yikes. This person, who was 1/3 my age, really could not bothered to make the least effort for the customer.
