Liked: A good experience overall- great location, friendly staff. It was clean and we loved the design of the room

Disliked: Some things that would make the room even more comfortable were missing - even though we booked for two people, there was just one bedside table, no wall hooks in the bathroom etc

Liked: The stay was good.I liked the lobby, the breakfast, and the staff.

Disliked: It’s a pity the air conditioning didn’t work as it should have, and the room was very small and cramped.

Convenient location from the train station, modern hotel that treats their guests like royalty

Liked: I liked the fact that they cared enough to put a dog bed and bowls in the room before I completed the check-in process. That was a welcoming gesture that went a long way to make sure my dog and I were comfortable. It’s a very modern and well designed establishment.

Disliked: All reservations have to go through their booking party. One would think that a reservation made directly would be appreciated to save the hotel those booking fees.
