  Liked: There were quite a few things I really liked about this apartment. It was stylish, very clean, and conveniently located close to the city centre. The check-in process was simple and straightforward, and the neighbourhood felt safe and peaceful. The apartment was also easily accessible by public transport, which made getting around Leipzig very convenient.

  Disliked: For the price they charge for five nights, which is certainly not among the cheapest options in Leipzig, I genuinely believe they could offer a much better experience. The apartment itself was stylish, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. However, it was also extremely dark. Even during the day, you have to keep the lights on. Opening the curtains isn't much of a solution either, as the entire neighbourhood can practically see inside. When I arrived, the apartment was freezing cold. Considering the price, I think the least they could do is turn on the heating before a guest arrives. After all, they already have staff preparing and cleaning the apartment before check-in, so turning on the heating an hour or two beforehand shouldn't be too much to ask. Unfortunately, the service and communication were equally disappointing. There was no information about house rules, no Wi-Fi password, and no proper instructions inside the apartment. I had to contact the staff to request the Wi-Fi details, and they only responded the following day. As a result, I ended up spending extra money on mobile data, almost equivalent to the cost of another night's stay. The kitchen was another issue. The apartment had an induction stove, but the pots and pans provided were apparently not induction-compatible. Consequently, the stove was practically useless, making it impossible to cook anything. There was also unnecessary stress surrounding the booking itself. Despite having already paid through Booking.com, I kept receiving messages asking me to pay again, and strangely enough, not just for one apartment but for two. These issues were eventually resolved, but only on the day of arrival, following very delayed communication. What disappoints me most is that the apartment actually has a lot of potential.

  Very nice and cozy place!

  Liked: The apartment was incredibly nice, it has no reception, self check-in works well. Very well connected.

  Disliked: Minor things: no basics for the kitchen such as salt, oil, etc

  Had a good experience overall for a short overnight stay

  Liked: Quiet area of leipzig, close to groceries and town with good parking right in front of the property. Fully equipped and comfortable beds.

  Disliked: Ventilation was not very good unless windows were fully opened, as the apartment has different room sections that prevents airflow, since there wasn’t any fans or ventilation systems.
