For me not a 4 start experience. You could feel the springs from the bed, room had a awful smell. The entire hotel look

  Liked: Location

Disliked: You could feel the springs from the bed, room had a awful smell. The entire hotel look badly maintained. No showergel. For anything like toothpaste or cotton pads you had to ask extra. No bathrobe or slippers. That’s not 4 start for me

Nice room and stay but rude receptionist who would not listen

Liked: The room was nice but was smelling of sweat, it can be the cleaner was in the room when it was really hot or something.

Disliked: The receptionist was rude, I told her we booked the location as booking website showed parking was available but she was pretty rude and loud. She was a Chinese looking woman with a loud tone, totally not expected from a good hotel chain like NH.
