  Liked: The location only Specially i had meeting across the road

  Disliked: I already posted my comments Unfortunately I had to stay again at this hotel thought it was not clean I need to mention here a receptionist her name is Katchman( I don't know the spelling of her name) but she was unhelpful and unfriendly I asked her to place an order to clean my room as the policy of the hotel is cleaning the room once every three days. If needed we had to inform the reception. She refused and said this need to be ordered before 9 am. Though it was not mentioned in their email a timing for the housekeeping services. As I mentioned in my previous comment the hotel is not clean at all.

  Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Terrible Customer Service

  Disliked: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all and had a very unpleasant smell, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the hotel sends an email informing guests that room cleaning will only be provided starting from the third night. This is completely unacceptable and falls far below the basic standards of hotel hospitality. The reception staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. In particular, a staff member named Katchman displayed an exceptionally poor attitude and a complete lack of customer service skills. Instead of making guests feel welcome and comfortable, the staff made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. The lack of cleanliness, unpleasant room smell, poor housekeeping policy, and unacceptable attitude of the reception staff made my stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly would not stay here again. The hotel management seriously needs to improve its cleanliness standards, staff professionalism, and customer service.

  Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the friendly and professional service. The hotel also enjoys an excellent and convenient location, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. A special thanks to Omar at the reception for his outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. He was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

  Nice stay in a very nice town

  Liked: We appreciated that the hotel is in a very "strategic" area of the town, in the centre and by trams or by foot (or bike...) you can easily reach all the interesting place in Leipzig. Good they could offer car parking... at a reasonable price.

  Disliked: Cleaning policy: nothing to do with a real green approach... the impression is that they just want to save money when it comes to cleaning the rooms... I mean... they could at least differentiate the price if you ask or not ask the daily cleaning. And frankly... for the toilet / Bathroom... I would like the cleaning activities to be performed every day. They could also provide rooms with a kettle...
