The girl from reception was beyond any limit of respect and common sense
Liked: Too bad for the property, it is nice but the personal ruined everything.
Nice place to stay
Liked: Close to the city centre. Very clean installation. Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent.
Disliked: I asked for a quite room and I’ve got the one on the second floor on the street side - noisy noisy noisy, even with the closed window you can here the traffic pretty much. Hot in the room, with closed window it was not funny at all.

Disliked: My booking was for a double bed, when I arrived I was told I was upgraded and when I entered the room it was two small single beds. I went back to the reception and was told I’d have to pay to upgrade to a room with a double bed. The food we had for dinner took over an hour to come out, no one came and checked in on us for drinks or to check the food. My colleagues food had a hair in it and when the waiter returned it to the kitchen we could hear the plate being thrown. Food was some of the worst I have ever eaten at a hotel restaurant.
