Liked: Staff was friendly, Check-in was fast. Free coffee and tea all the time. Comfortable bed. The shower in the middle of the room.

Disliked: You can hear a bit the trams that are running in front of the window but it's not so bad.

Its a clean, budget stay perfect for transit or a quick trip to Leipzig

Liked: The location was fabulous for the train and city center. I slept well in the bed and appreciated the late check out of 12pm. It was nice to have access to the espresso/ tea machine throughout the day. The two young ladies that checked me in were AWESOME and Helpful - the CheckOut Crew need to work on customer service skills.

Disliked: Minor customer service issue. I left my bags for the day and when I came back to retrieve them, I asked if I could log back in to their wifi to finish a quick email....You would have thought I asked for the penthouse suite and a million dollars. Needless to say I used my SIM card with NO WIFI.
