  Liked: The accommodation is lovely. Well equipped and comfy. Everything on Lindau-Insel is within easy walking distance, and picture perfect. You couldn't wish to stay in a more charming, antiquated town.

  Disliked: Whilst the accommodation and location are fabulous. It is worthy of note to those travelling in January, February and March that a large number of shops, bars and restaurants close during the off-season. This can restrict your choices somewhat. (On the plus side... no queues).

  Great location to stay when visiting the island part of Lindau

  Liked: Centrally located, great bakery and Indian restaurant nearby.

  Disliked: Parking on the island is always an issue but there are good alternatives.
