  Liked: Breakfast was good, overall is fine. Good buffet breakfast with eggs, bread, cheese, some salami, yougurt

  Disliked: The electrical socket in room 8 did not work next to the bed. There are 3 spiders which should be evacuated to somewhere else

  Great!

  Liked: Very conveniently located by the station. This made it so easy to get into the main island. The hotel has a traditional southern German feel about it. The staff were the friendliest I’ve come across in Europe. Could not be more helpful. Very good breakfast. There is a strong family community about how this hotel is run. I would recommend it highly.

  Liked: This hotel was a complete disappointment – not clean, not comfortable, and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. For €130, I expected at least basic amenities and working Wi-Fi. Instead, we got an outdated room with no comfort at all.

  Disliked: I stayed one night at Bodensee Lindau Hotel and paid €130, which is extremely overpriced for what we received. The room was very outdated, the furniture was old, and there was absolutely no shampoo, no shower gel – not even a basic soap. There was no hairdryer in the room either, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all.

  Sunny room with no facilities but insects

  Liked: The check in was easy, they left the key in the box with clear instructions. Connected to Lindau island with multiple budded and trains.

  Disliked: My room was facing the station, very noisy and the sun was unbearable. There was a fan but didn’t help much. I got multiple insects bits. The room had no facilities what so ever. I couldn’t make a cup of tea. The water in the shower was cold.
