Liked: Great place to stay for our family for a one-night stay after a trip to the Alps. Nice and quiet location with a decent restaurant. Close to the Lindau activities.

  Awful Place

Liked: Walked into the room to face a pungent odor of urine. Carpets, walls and surfaces were stained with what appeared to be a dirty greasy substance. Returned key to front desk and requested a refund because the room was not acceptable. The front desk refused request. I will not return to this hotel or hotels.com and will recommend to everyone I know to do the same.
