  Quiet, comfortable, excellent breakfast and evening meal

  Very uncomfortable bed

  Liked: The location is great - in the middle of insel. The room size is bigger than I imagined

  Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable. It is too soft and I could not sleep normally. I even left it before I planned to check out. I just threw away the last night because of it. I had a breakfast one time and it was really awful. There were almost nothing to eat. The shower is small and has a curtain and it is the scariest part of it 😱 It so small that you can't take a shower without touching it with your body and this is nasty

  Very warm welcome staff friendly and excellently situated. Would come back

  Liked: We stayed here for one night and overall had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Lake Constance and the old town, making it ideal for exploring Lindau on foot. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and one of the better rooms we have stayed in recently. The shower had good water pressure, the bed linen was fresh, and everything was well presented. Breakfast isn’t a highlight but it does the job.

  Disliked: The only reason I can’t give five stars is the bed base (Lattenrost). Several of the slats repeatedly came loose during the night, making the bed uncomfortable to sleep on. In the end I had to put the mattress on the floor just to get a decent night’s sleep. Looking at the bed frame, it seems this isn’t a new issue and probably just needs repairing or replacing.
