Liked: Convenient location as within walking distance to Media Docks where my conference is held. Staff is responsive to queries and requests. When I called for a kettle, the housekeeper gave me a tray with tea as well as the kettle. A pleasant surprise. Breakfast area staff is exceptionally helpful. I like the fact that a fan is provided.

Disliked: The space of room is small. I understood later I've booked one of the few economy rooms, the size of 17 sqm. I did not pay attention to the size at booking and that there were other options. So, everything felt tight, esp the toilet. But as an Asian, it is still passable. There was no option for single person stay, so I also paid for 2 pax breakfast and that couldn't be changed at check-in (understandable though since I booked through booking.com). The one thing that disturbs me a bit is that the door fell out of its hinges when repairman came to fix my lock! For a while I felt the room was not quite safe but got over it quite quickly. 😅

Liked: Clean friendly brilliant location. Great decor!

Disliked: Rooms to hot and far to small even for budget! Sadly no pool or massage.
