  Clean, tasteful, feels like home, not the usual sterile short-term rental apartment

  Great view, great location, good value!

  Liked: We stayed in the apartment for 5 days, and would have liked to stayed longer. The apartment with a kitchenette is well equipped. All the sights, shops, the city center, and the train station are in walking distance. We stayed in the apartment the year before, and the interior of the apartment had been updated (new floor, new wall paper). The apartment is on the 15th floor with an excellent view of Mainz. The owners were very accommodating and provided us with a parking space for a small fee when we asked for it.

  The Mainz Dom

  Liked: The view was amazing. The location was excellent for walking and taking a bus. Close to the train station. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area.

  Disliked: Lots of construction which made it a little tricky crossing the road. Many homeless sleeping at the closest bus stop, on the ground and benches. Police activity close to our building but we never knew why.

  Amazing view

  Liked: Its a perfect apartment for two people. We liked the open aspect and as many mention in the reviews, the fantastic balcony and views. It's in a good location for exploring Mainz..the owners were responsive to our questions which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

  Disliked: If you are using your car inform.the owners in advance so you know how to access the underground car park which is part of the building.
