  Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again

  Liked: We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and both the room and the common areas were very clean. Our room was a little small, but we had chosen one of the cheaper options, and it was comfortable. Two bottles of water and a bottle of Coke were provided free of charge, which was a nice touch. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but we did use the gym and wellness facilities, which deserve special praise. The gym has everything you need for a good workout. It’s clean, well organised, and equipped with a wide range of equipment. Small deodorants and towels are also provided, along with disinfectant wipes for the equipment. The sauna area opened at 9 a.m., and we enjoyed it until checkout. Towels, bathrobes, and slippers were available for us to use. There were two saunas, several showers, an indoor relaxation area, and a small outdoor relaxation area with an outdoor shower. A sign mentioned that the sauna could be opened earlier upon request. We wish we’d known this beforehand, as we would have loved to use it earlier!

  Disliked: Nothing really to add here, apart from the parking, which I found a little pricey at €25 per 24 hours. The hotel car park is also open to the public, and the rate is the same for everyone. It would be nice if the hotel offered a discounted rate for guests.

  Mainz is great and this hotel is too provided you don't expect more than two to a room!

  Liked: The hotel is in a great spot and has excellent facilities, particularly the gym and spa. The breakfast was also good quality.

  Disliked: We booked two rooms for me, my wife and our three daughters and were told that was okay by the hotel and on Booking.com. In the event, my youngest daughter ended up sleeping on a cushion on a wooden ledge next to the double bed in one of the rooms. There wasn't even bedding for her till we requested it.
