Liked: Location
Comfortable stay
Liked: Clean, comfortable.
Disliked: It’s a very long walk to another wing over the bridge. Was not an issue for me, but could be critical for someone.
Rude reception staff
Liked: The bar and restaurant staff were lovely.
Disliked: The reception staff were completely rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning due to this experience

Liked: Top Location and close to the Rhein Breakfast very good
Disliked: Entrance hall is bog and not personal
Great for a treat in the centre of Mainz
Liked: Right on the river and were met on the forecourt by very friendly and helpful staff who took bags and helped with parking. Great room with river view. Great bathroom and shower. Very good selection for breakfast, and overlooking the river. All just great after a long drive.
Disliked: Er, nothing!
Fabulous city and stay!
Liked: We just finished a 5-night stay and would return. The AC worked as it should (it was in the 90s during the day). All of the staff were lovely and handled a lot of moving parts with grace as the hotel was packed. The location is right in the middle of everything with bus stops right outside. Thank you!
