Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Staff at reception was very helpful. Room was a nice size - shower a little difficult to maneuver.
Disliked: Location, location, location! Didn’t seem to be a particularly safe area. Attractions too far away to walk. Very difficult to get to parking garage.
Perfect location, amazing breakfast
Liked: Directly next to the tram and train station meant it was easy to get around from the Hotel, also plenty of bars and places for food. Breakfast hosted at a restaurant next door was excellent. Eggs, bacon and plenty of bread, cold cuts and cheese, cereal etc.
Disliked: The room was a little small.
Liked: Excellent location next to the main station. The reception staff and kitchen staff were nice and easy to deal with.
Nice stay in Mainz
Liked: Great location was quiet, modern bathroom, good sized room
Disliked: TV not working during whole stay.
Liked: Room was comfortable size. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was good.
Disliked: Too much air freshener in the air conditioner. A bit overwhelming. Had to open window. No fridge or ice. Needed to chill a bottle of Riesling. Response from front desk was "This is Germany we don't have ice."
Liked: It was cozy, clean and quiet. Breakfast good as was the Italian restaurant.
Disliked: I can't think of anything
