Liked: This was a great hotel. They allowed you to choose the frequency of room cleaning which was nice! Would have liked a recycle container in the room. Only a coffee pod machine in the room, which isn't ideal for tea (and leaks when you use it for tea), so a kettle would be preferred for this tea drinker. Otherwise the room was modern, clean and comfortable! Enjoyed our stay! Staff was excellent and helpful with any inquiry we had!

Liked: The hotel is about to close, weather for renovation or for good is not clear, but this is something they forgot to advertise online. Nevertheless, hotel was decent, but more of an Ibis level than a Novotel, although priced as a Novotel. Staff was quite difficult and seemed clueless about how to manage simple tasks such as charging us for some extras from a fridge in the lobby. I am not sure what happened, but this was not the experienced I wanted from a Novotel.
