  Very bad

Disliked: This was honestly the worst booking experience I’ve ever had. I arrived from a long trip from Kuwait, and despite having a confirmed reservation, I never received any email with the entry code to access the apartment. When I first called the host, he answered and said he is “at work” and doesn’t have time to respond. After that, I tried calling multiple times and he kept ending the call immediately after picking up. I was left waiting outside for more than an hour with no help even though I arrived exactly at the check-in time stated on Booking. To make things worse, the host later sent me a WhatsApp message telling me that “people like me who expect a quick response won’t find apartments available,” which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I even contacted Booking, but the host refused to provide the entry code or give me access to the apartment. The entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.
