    Disappointing

    Liked: Location

Disliked: The property facilities, and condition. The staff/host was very poor in communicating and service. The value for the price is extremely disappointing. In fact the pictures were so good misrepresented the property as much better. There is a 7 foot fridge in the sleep room. There is a fake coffee machine (or broken). There are two fans in the pictures, and on the day it was 30 degrees in Mainz, there were no fans in the property (unlike the pictures) and when I asked the host about them, they ignored me and never responded.
