Terrible. Didn’t stay there and lost over $500 for two nights. Trying to get a hold of booking.com

Liked: We never stayed and hoped they would return our money. Not advertised as it was. Terrible location, unsafe and dirty. Had to use a service elevator up to room and room was about a one star.

Disliked: Bed was too soft. Washroom floors dirty. Shower was filthy and coming apart. Towels were dirty and more like a hand towel. No amenities. Overcharged for our room.
