  Liked: We arrived very late around 23.30 due to a delayed flight, on arrival we rang the night bell and the receptionist came out to greet us, quick checkin, which was what we need after a long day. Room was lovely, very roomy and clean with coffee machine. Shower was great:) my mother has a room with a bath tub, the bathroom was huge with a balcony. Breakfast offered a great selections of food. Hotel location was great too, a short walk into the main town and also close to the train station - can highly recommend

  The locations is convenient for travelers arriving by train. The staff was friendly & accommodating

  Liked: It was close to the train station and there were grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The bathroom was clean and the shower did not spray all over the room (the water stayed where it should, ie in the shower enclosure).

  Disliked: There were no mini-fridges in the rooms. There was no coffee maker - just packets of instant coffee and a water heater.

  Liked: The location of the hotel is in the center of Mainz. The room was a little small, but it had everything I needed including a very comfortable bed.
