  Liked: Absolutly top! We have travelled the world, but this experience is créme de la créme! Perfect cozy design room, very friendly, supportive and pleasant owner. Breakfest in the cellar just amazing experience...recommend, recommend, recommend...not more needs to be said.

  ...one of the best weekend trips for a long time

  Liked: of course, the incredibly varied breakfast - together in a family atmosphere! The landlady looked after the guests in a very friendly manner. It was always an interesting and fun start into the day. The location is perfect, close to the river with the Elbe cycle path in front of the house. Only a 15 min walk to the train station heading to Dresden, 25 min walk to the romantic places of Meissen.

  Disliked: .. that we had to go back home again!

  Elegant, individual stay right by the Elbe and close to Meissen

  Liked: High standards all round (fabulous breakfast) and attentive, likeable hostess:) Easy access to Meissen via 30 mins riverside walk. Good restaurant recommendation.

  Disliked: Front room a little noisy by road. Parking is across street though not a problem. Only very minor issues.

  Perfect place for a stay in Meißen

  Liked: It feels like being in a little castle. The breakfast was the most incredible we have ever had. And the host’s hospitality is unmatched.

  Liked: It is definitely best place in the City. It is next to wineyard so get some specials. I do highly recommend breakfast. It is masterpiece. Definitely best accomodation in Saxen. I will probably return just to visit.

  Disliked: There was road reconstruction so it took me a while to find the place.
