Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Everything
Liked: Perfect location
Disliked: The bunk bed was very uncomfortable. My children had to sleep on the large bed, which meant I had no choice but to sleep on the floor. This was very inconvenient and disappointing, especially considering that the room was supposed to accommodate our family comfortably.
Liked: Easy to reach from main station. Quiet. Friendly checkin staff Nice strong shower pressure
Disliked: Uncomfortable pillows Not much around there apart from a supermarket
Reasonable stay for a night
Liked: Close to the ferry terminal
Disliked: No free parking. No staff around. Check-in process very impersonal.
Excellent location
Liked: Perfectly located for anyone in need to take the ferry the following morning. Staff was extremely helpful. We have appreciated the check-out done in advance.
Disliked: A small fridge would be a nice addition.
Friendly hotel with comfortable rooms
Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. A clean comfortable room. The tram stop is right outside, so easy to get to and from the train station.
