Great location, underwhelming experience
Liked: Location
Disliked: Heating was not working, our baby got sick, they could not fix it quickly enough. They did offer us portable heaters which helped but it took hours for the room to warm up. No vegan options or clear labelling at the breakfast buffet. The staff was not well trained, they could not help with getting anything vegan to eat. I made sure I informed reception at check in about getting vegan options for breakfast, they made no effort whatsoever. Also the app they're using to supposedly help with the experience is terrible. THey are using a chat bot and nobody ever gets back to me. Just frustrating.
