Clean room but not warm enough for my taste

Liked: It was clean and I was uncomplicated to get breakfast spontaneous

Disliked: The hairdryer was pretty disgusting, the room very cold and the air conditioning too noisy to run through the night

  Liked: Location!

Disliked: The receptionist was extremely rude and shouted at me when I asked to change my room from a double to a twin. I understand that I should have added the second guest to my reservation, but the situation could have been handled politely and professionally. Instead, I felt blamed and disrespected, making my stay very unpleasant. Very disappointing customer service.

Great location that was just enough

Liked: Location was GREAT for going to the "Cannstatter Volksfest". As it was directly across the street. Parking our Auto was easy and safe behind the hotel. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Air conditioning was very helpful.

Disliked: The pillows were very soft and the rooms were extremely small. The bathroom was smaller than what I have had on a cruise ship. The beds were no very comfortable.
