  Would not stay again

  Liked: Room was clean. Coffee and tea available from the breakfast room 24/7.

  Disliked: Did not clean the room during our stay. Cleaning should be a part of the cost of the room, if you dont want to clean, lower the prices, clean towels should be the option of the guest. No mini fridge. Breakfast was overpriced. Bathroom counter was odd and far from mirror, gave a mini mirror but was awkward to use. Fan in bathroom was inadequate.

  Terrible staff/owner attitude

  Disliked: No one was at reception at 8 pm, despite them saying it works until 9 pm. Our key cards didn’t work and we had to wait half an hour for a very rude and entitled guy to come, who instead of apologizing was super rude and smug. Never experienced such attitude from hotel staff.

  Great hotel with a difference

  Liked: Great Hotel, positively different in some ways. Our 2 rooms were both laid out the same - practical and functional, well decorated and super clean. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms but 24/7 free use of the fabulous coffee machine in the breakfast area. The water dispenser providing free chilled water was a welcome addition. There is also access to a bar which as we understand can be used by guests as a self-service facility out of hours (note down what you've had, it's not free of charge but even so, we thought it added to the relaxed feel of the hotel). Staff all were very friendly, helpful and accommodating - infact, everybody we dealt with in Stuttgart was attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was great, too - not opulent but with a good variety of food to chose from, and everything was of high quality and very tasty. Try their Muesli (prepared as a Porridge from various grains including oats, bio yoghurt, chopped almonds, grated apple, a dash of cinnamon, some single cream and honey; topped with some blueberries - delicious!). Car park felt safe despite the location which reminds of a business park setup. Surroundings of the hotel were tidy, as was the whole of Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen in our opinion. Thanks for the memorable stay! We will be back.
