Couldn’t stay in the agreed apartment

Liked: Wasn’t the apartment I paid for. Substitute apartment was not well prepared so no idea what Cocoon 77 would have been like.

Disliked: On the day I was due to arrive they said I couldn’t stay at the agreed apartment, but they could give me another one in the next street.

Liked: The apartment is beautiful with only a 10 min walk to the train station. Close to shops and restaurants.

Disliked: Pillows weren't great but really if that's the only thing to complain about it's shows how lovely the apartment was.

Disliked: The hotel is not located at the stated address, and it is impossible to find it on your own — you need to get in touch by phone. We arrived at 16:30 (although check-in was supposed to start at 15:00), but the room was not ready: cleaning only started to be organized after we arrived. We waited for half an hour, but nothing changed. With a small child and after a long journey, we had to look for other accommodation. The money was refunded, but not in full. Very disappointed, do not recommend.
